During the time you spend at Mee-quam Youth Residence, you will be supervised by staff with reasonable privacy. Reports will be written twice daily about your behaviour. Information from these reports may be used to write a report for discharge summaries, case management meetings and any other reports required.

If you would like to review what has been written about you, please talk to your Prime Worker or Secondary Worker to make the arrangements necessary for this to occur. A good time to do this is during personal time between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. daily.

Specific reporting such as the Risk Needs Assessment may also be viewed by you with your Probation Officer during your Case Management/Reintegration Plan Meeting.
